By accessing our website (woofnwagmiami.com) and/or utilizing our pet daycare, boarding, and grooming services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Woof n Wag Miami. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our site or services.

2. Pet Health and Safety Requirements

The safety and well-being of all pets and staff are our top priorities. To attend Woof n Wag Miami, all dogs must meet the following criteria:

Vaccinations: Up-to-date records for Rabies, DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus), and Bordetella (kennel cough) are strictly required prior to admission.

Age and Spay/Neuter Policy: Puppies must be at least 4 months old and fully vaccinated. Dogs over the age of 7 months must be spayed or neutered to participate in group play.

Behavioral Assessment: All dogs must pass a temperament evaluation to ensure they are comfortable and safe in a social, open-play environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that displays aggressive or overly reactive behavior.

Parasite Control: Pets must be on a regular, active flea, tick, and heartworm preventative program.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Cancellations

Rates: All service rates are subject to change without notice, though booked services will be honored at the rate agreed upon at the time of booking.

Payments: Payment is due at the time of drop-off or via our online booking portal prior to service rendering. We accept major credit cards and digital payments.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for daycare or boarding cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night of boarding or one day of daycare.

4. Veterinary Care Authorization

In the event of an emergency, illness, or injury, you authorize Woof n Wag Miami to seek immediate veterinary care from our designated veterinarian or the nearest available animal hospital.

You agree to be fully responsible for all expenses incurred for medical treatment, transport, and medications.

While our staff is extensively trained in pet care and first aid, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of group play (such as minor nicks, scrapes, or transmitted illnesses like kennel cough), and release Woof n Wag Miami from liability for such incidents.

5. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Woof n Wag Miami and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any site content without prior written permission from us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Woof n Wag Miami, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or the provision of our pet care services, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
